Processing Time
Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of the requested delivery or pickup date. Once your order is received, we will prepare it with care and contact you if additional details are needed.

Local Delivery
At this time, we offer delivery service only within the Coachella Valley, California. Delivery availability is based on the recipient's ZIP code and selected delivery date.

Floral Arrangements, Plants & Balloons
Fresh floral arrangements, plants, and helium filled balloons are available for local delivery only or Pick Up and cannot be shipped by mail.

Shipping
Select gift items, home décor, garden, vases, candles, and other non-perishable products may be shipped within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Pickup
Free pickup is available during business hours. Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Dates
While we make every effort to fulfill orders on the requested date, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, traffic, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
